As the SEA & HK/TW Cluster Assistant Brand Manager, Kinder Joy, this role will support the Senior Brand Manager in delivering sustainable brand growth across a diverse and dynamic region. The position offers the opportunity to lead key brand initiatives, campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and project management capabilities to drive initiatives from concept through execution. Operating across multiple markets, the role requires the ability to manage complexity, influence stakeholders, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Support the development and execution of brand strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead assigned brand initiatives and marketing activities across the clusters
  • Define campaign objectives, performance indicators, and success metrics in partnership with the manager and team
  • Monitor and analyze brand and campaign performance, identifying key drivers, opportunities, and risks
  • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and future growth opportunities
  • Contribute to annual planning, forecasting, and budget management processes
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, consumer promotions, product launches, and seasonal initiatives across multiple markets
  • Develop integrated project plans, ensuring clear timelines, stakeholder accountability, budget management, and delivery milestones
  • Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to deliver best-in-class execution
  • Proactively identify risks and recommend solutions to ensure project success
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, facilitate alignment across stakeholders to drive effective decision-making and execution
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with external agencies, distributors, and research partners
  • Communicate recommendations clearly and ensure timely follow-up on key actions
  • Lead product launch and packaging development projects across the cluster
  • Manage packaging artwork approvals, product information, documentation, and regulatory requirements
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure timely market implementation
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and execution excellence
  • Support management of brand investment and marketing budgets across markets
  • Monitor A&P spending and financial performance against plans
  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, and payment processes accurately and efficiently
  • University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
  • Relevant experience in brand management, marketing in FMCG industry
  • Experience working across multi-markets is preferred
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Nielsen and SAP is advantageous
  • Fluency in English, any Asian language is considered a plus
