Brand Manager Ferrero Rocher Core (12 Months Fixed-Term Contract)
For our Global Headquarters in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Brand Manager Ferrero Rocher Core for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
In this role, you will help shape the future of one of Ferrero’s most iconic brands. Working at the heart of global brand activities, you will contribute to projects that strengthen Ferrero Rocher’s visual identity, communication, and positioning across markets. Your work will have a direct impact on how consumers experience the brand around the world, ensuring consistency while protecting the distinctive qualities that make Ferrero Rocher unique.
You will collaborate with international teams and external partners to bring strategic initiatives to life, transforming ideas into meaningful consumer experiences. You will lead key initiatives supporting the evolution of Ferrero Rocher’s global brand identity and ensure their successful implementation across markets.
A major focus of your mission will be the rollout of Ferrero Rocher’s new visual identity. You will coordinate activities across multiple teams, gather learnings from packaging and print trials, refine proposals, and support validation processes to ensure the brand is represented consistently and with the highest quality standards.
You will also contribute to the implementation of Ferrero Rocher’s updated positioning by supporting the evolution of global communication tools and brand assets. Working closely with consumer understanding teams, you will help define and validate consumer testing activities, ensuring insights are translated into clear brand actions.
In addition, you will support markets worldwide by promoting alignment with brand guidelines, reviewing communication materials, identifying best practices, and strengthening the consistency of Ferrero Rocher’s presence across channels. You will also play a key role in developing a global sponsorship platform, partnering with external agencies to identify opportunities, define tailored approaches, and oversee the creation of supporting assets.
You bring a university degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field, together with around 7 years of experience in FMCG, brand management, or a comparable marketing environment.
You have successfully managed complex marketing projects involving multiple stakeholders and can navigate international environments with confidence. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail allow you to assess information thoroughly and transform insights into actionable recommendations.
You are comfortable working across functions and geographies, building constructive relationships and aligning teams around a common objective. Fluent English is required, while additional languages are appreciated. Above all, you bring a collaborative approach and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution, enabling you to create meaningful impact within a global organization.
