Marketing Manager
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the brand strategy—defining positioning, marketing mix and the tools that bring the brand to life in the market. You will lead the development and implementation of initiatives to grow market share, increase brand awareness and strengthen market penetration within your area of responsibility, directly driving sales growth and profitability. Working with clear objectives and within a defined budget, you will ensure strong, results-driven execution. In parallel, you will manage and develop resources, fostering high performance, ownership and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will take ownership of driving and delivering the brand strategy, actively contributing to both long-term strategic planning (PS3) and annual marketing cycles. You will shape product strategies — defining consumer targets, product benefits and pricing — based on global direction and supported by strong market insights and data analysis. You will build a strong understanding of the market and consumer, continuously monitoring trends, competition and shopper behaviour. By leveraging performance data (sell-in, sell-out, pricing, distribution, market share), you will generate actionable insights, assess campaign effectiveness and initiate ad-hoc research, while ensuring strong execution through cross-functional collaboration and regular store checks. A key part of the role is contributing to the communication and advertising strategy, where you will translate brand direction into impactful local campaigns. This includes working closely with creative agencies, guiding execution and ensuring alignment with target audiences and brand positioning, while using tools such as Creative X, agency platforms and DAM systems.
You will also lead media strategy and planning, from briefing agencies to evaluating and optimizing media plans, ensuring effective budget allocation and strong performance delivery. Driving promotional development will be another important focus — covering in-store, consumer promotions and co-marketing initiatives. You will ensure strong alignment with brand strategy while evaluating ROI and overall business impact. In addition, you will oversee packaging and SKU portfolio management, adapting labels and artworks to local market needs in line with international guidelines, while coordinating closely with agencies and internal stakeholders.
You will support sales and demand planning by proposing sales volumes, tracking performance and working closely with Trade Marketing to analyse results and address deviations. Ownership of the brand budget will require careful planning and continuous monitoring of marketing investments, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and taking corrective actions when needed. You will ensure strong reporting and data management, maintaining systems such as PDP and PAF and delivering clear, actionable insights through regular reporting. Finally, you will drive impact through effective presentations and strong cross-functional collaboration, building networks and proactively sharing insights to support overall business success.
We are looking for an experienced Marketing professional who combines strong expertise with a proactive and adaptable mindset. With over 10 years of professional experience, you bring a proven track record and the ability to make an impact in a dynamic environment. A university degree underpins your solid business and marketing knowledge. You stand out for your strong communication skills and your ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and feel comfortable working in an international setting. You are highly proficient in MS Office tools and familiarity with SAP is considered an advantage. You take a data-driven approach, are detail-oriented and feel at ease working with numbers, turning insights into clear and actionable outcomes. With strong problem-solving abilities, you bring flexibility, resilience under pressure and a continuous drive to learn and stay up to date. You are open-minded, adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining high performance standards. You are a self-motivated and collaborative professional who takes ownership and brings energy, accountability and a strong results orientation to everything you do.
