Oversee qualitative and quantitative ad-hoc consumer researches. Guarantee studies objectives and timelines accomplishment working closely with research suppliers (proposal, questionnaire and reports review).

  • Monitor category and Ferrero performance across the region, providing periodic market and competitor analysis to support leadership decision-making.
  • Analyze key market movements and trends, delivering regional and local performance insights by category.
  • Manage research schedules across the South America region, coordinating ad-hoc studies and continuous data analysis with Marketing teams.
  • Deliver timely insights and recommendations to support Marketing strategies, actions, and business activities.
  • Oversee qualitative and quantitative ad-hoc consumer research projects, ensuring alignment with study objectives and timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with research suppliers on proposal development, questionnaire reviews, and final reporting processes.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of research deliverables throughout all project stages.
  • Support the validation of stimulus materials and product samples required for research activities, coordinating with both Marketing teams and research suppliers

Experience: 6 to 8 years

Education: Bachelor’s degree completed / Higher Education degree completed

Specific Knowledge:

  • Microsoft Office Package;
  • Specific programs (Nielsen Discover, basic knowledge of Power BI preferred, ...);

Languages:

  • Fluent English and Portuguese;
  • Spanish (professional fluency preferred).
