Emirati Graduate Program | Information Technology (IT) Service Specialist | (UAE National)
Ferrero is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for recent graduates in the UAE to kickstart their careers in Information and Technology based in the vibrant city of Dubai.
This role is part of Ferrero's commitment to support and nurture young talent through a structured two-year rotational program.
As part of the IT Service Management team, you will gain experience in IT Service Management and Infrastructure Maintenance in the first year, and IT Sales Center of Excellence (COE) in the second year.
Reporting to the GAC Service Manager, the first year in this role focuses on IT Service Management and collaboration with external service providers. Responsibilities include supporting service delivery operations, ensuring efficient execution of processes, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers through regular business reviews. The role involves coordinating IT support activities across the region, including end-user support, IT asset management, system maintenance, and troubleshooting across tools such as Windows, O365, Active Directory, and basic network and hardware systems, while ensuring compliance with IT security and audit requirements.
In the second year, exposure expands to IT Sales COE to support application and operational activities across Gulf countries. This includes assisting in issue resolution coordination, understanding business priorities, and supporting IT demands across functions. The role also provides hands-on experience in demand management, including supporting business initiatives, preparing test plans, participating in system testing, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and documenting implemented solutions for end-users.
To succeed in this role, you need a Degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar field. Project management and ITIL certificate will be beneficial on the role.
