Digital Marketing Specialist
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and strengthening the relationship between our brands and consumers. Working within the Media Team, you will focus on CRM and Consumer Engagement activities, helping to create meaningful and personalized experiences across multiple touchpoints.
You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Media, IT teams and external partners to design and implement consumer engagement initiatives that place data, communication and creativity at the center of every interaction. By leveraging consumer insights and CRM capabilities, you will contribute to building tailored communication journeys that increase engagement, loyalty and long-term brand value.
This role offers a unique opportunity to combine analytical thinking with strategic planning and creative execution, while gaining exposure to some of Ferrero’s most iconic brands and developing expertise in the evolving digital marketing landscape.
You will support the definition and execution of consumer engagement and CRM strategies across multiple brands, ensuring that communications are relevant, personalized and aligned with consumer needs and interests.
You will work closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to develop targeted communication plans based on consumer profiles, behaviors and preferences, helping to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time.
You will act as the key point of contact for our CRM agency partner, coordinating activities, ensuring alignment among stakeholders and supporting the successful delivery of projects and campaigns.
You will contribute to the development of cross-functional consumer engagement initiatives, working with internal teams and external partners to design, test and optimize activation programs that attract, engage and retain consumers.
You will support the strategic evolution of CRM platforms and consumer engagement processes, helping to make digital experiences increasingly effective, accessible and valuable for users.
You will analyze consumer data and campaign performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations and identifying opportunities to improve segmentation, personalization and overall engagement effectiveness.
You will coordinate the internal stakeholders towards the Digital Acceleration projects implementation within the Italy business unit.
You will monitor the performance of email marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives, sharing results, best practices and key learnings with relevant stakeholders.
You will stay informed about emerging digital marketing, CRM and consumer engagement trends, contributing to the continuous improvement of tools, processes and ways of working across the organization.
You bring a strong passion for the intersection of data, communication and creativity, combined with the curiosity to understand consumer behaviors and transform insights into meaningful engagement strategies.
You bring solid analytical capabilities and the ability to interpret complex data, identifying trends, opportunities and actionable recommendations that support business and brand objectives.
You bring experience in digital marketing environments, ideally with exposure to CRM projects, consumer engagement activities or data-driven marketing initiatives.
You bring excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively across different functions and act as a trusted partner for both internal teams and external agencies.
You bring a proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to balance attention to detail with a broader vision of how consumer engagement can create long-term value for brands and consumers.
You bring strong project management capabilities, allowing you to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously while ensuring quality, accuracy and timely execution.
You bring a Master's degree in Economics, Marketing or a related field, together with fluency in Italian and English and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. The role is classified at Level 1° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is € 43.249. The compensation package also includes an annual variable component with a target of up to 5% of base salary. The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
