Assistant FAP Controller
The Assistant Regional Controller supports the Regional Controller in managing finance activities within the Ferrero Asia Pacific Region and facilitates coordination between sub-regions and the central APAC-MEA Area team.
- Perform reconciliation between SAP P&L and Group data server reports, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolution with central teams
- Maintain standard cost of SKUs as required
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for system improvements
- Consolidate and prepare weekly sales reports, including variance analysis and validation
- Prepare monthly actual and forecast P&L reports, processing adjustments from cluster review meetings
- Support the Head of Controlling/Regional Controller with periodical reporting and ad hoc requests
- Analyze functional reporting, identify gaps between forecasts and results, and initiate adjustment actions
- Act as regional super user for Power Query and Group data servers, serving as a key knowledge resource
- Build and amend templates for data collection and maintain systems for cluster inputs
- Consolidate and review submitted data for completeness and quality
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis as required by business needs
- University Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Relevant experience in finance controlling
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and region
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Power Query is required
- Power BI and HFM/Essbase experience is preferred
