This internship offers meaningful, hands-on experience within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. You will be treated as an integral member of the Finance team, contributing to real business priorities and gaining exposure to commercial and operational decision-making.

We partner closely with our interns to ensure the experience supports both professional development and future career ambitions. Alongside day-to-day responsibilities, you will have opportunities to connect with fellow interns, participate in business updates, and gain insight into how finance supports well-known brands in a dynamic organisation.

As a Finance Intern, you will support a range of core financial activities, including:

  • Assisting with the calculation and analysis of costs for finished goods and co-pack products

  • Supporting weekly and monthly sales reporting, ensuring accurate data compilation and insight generation

  • Contributing to brand profitability analysis to help assess performance and identify improvement opportunities

  • Supporting the preparation of monthly financial highlights alongside the Controller

  • Assisting with Profit & Loss analysis to support informed decision-making

  • Participating in value-add projects across the Finance function

  • Attending business updates and presentations to develop a broader understanding of company performance and strategy

This role offers practical exposure to financial processes, analytical tools and cross-functional collaboration within a commercial environment.

We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn, curious about how finance supports business performance, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

You may be currently studying towards, or have recently completed, a degree-level qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related discipline. Equivalent experience or alternative academic backgrounds with strong analytical capability are also welcomed.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Confidence working with data, including regular use of Microsoft Excel

  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills

  • A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of work

  • An interest in the consumer goods sector and commercial performance

We value diverse perspectives and encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds and experiences.

Throughout your internship, you will receive structured support and development opportunities to help you build practical skills and gain valuable insight into the Finance function within a global organisation.

Please ensure that your application includes both your Curriculum Vitae (CV) and a Cover Letter. In your Cover Letter, we would love to understand what motivates you to apply for this internship and why you are interested in building your career within Finance or Marketing at Ferrero. We also welcome insight into the skills, experiences or perspectives you would bring to the team.
