The Controlling Department at Ferrero functions as a strategic business partner, supporting the organization with insightful analyses and guidance throughout decision‑making processes. We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Controller who will contribute to ensuring and enhancing Ferrero’s financial performance and overall competitiveness. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective execution of internal operating and planning processes, fully aligned with Group and Company timelines. The position requires close collaboration with various internal stakeholders and a proactive approach to managing provisions.
Based in Istanbul, this role reports directly to the Controlling Manager and I&S Controlling Area APAC–MEA.

OPEX
•    Develop the Budget and Forecast for OPEX (Supply Chain costs) in close collaboration with Business Partners, following the guidelines issued by the Chief Industrial Supply Chain Officer and in coordination with the Group Operations Controller.
•    Conduct monthly analyses of both Industrial and Commercial Supply Chain costs, comparing actuals against Budget and Forecast.
•    Carry out required simulations to estimate year-end results, ensuring accurate projections for both volumes and costs.
•    Track regional Supply Chain initiatives and operational changes to assess performance, expected outcomes, and returns on investment.
•    Provide monthly reports and recommendations to Area Operations Controlling and Group Supply Chain Controlling.
•    Engage directly with Group and Area Industrial & Supply Chain Management teams.
•    Monitor and analyze monthly performance against target KPIs, including service level, freshness, and other key indicators.
•    Support Business Partners by performing detailed variance analyses, explaining performance gaps, and guiding the function toward target achievement.
•    Assist Group and Area teams in identifying mitigation actions related to Supply Chain cost deviations.
•    Proactively identify improvement areas and opportunities by consolidating and analyzing monthly risks and opportunities at Group level.
INVESTMENTS & CONTRACTS
•    Support Group and Area teams in developing strategic guidelines and long‑term plans.
•    Assist the Regional Supply Chain Manager in preparing the Budget and Forecast.
•    Oversee the governance and evaluation processes for tenders related to new contracts.
•    Contribute to the preparation of materials and analysis for the Investment Committee.
•    Conduct ongoing evaluations of efficiency versus effectiveness through scenario‑based simulations.
STOCK
•    Develop stock value planning and budgeting in close collaboration with Business Partners.
•    Perform variance analyses of stock levels—both Industrial and Commercial—against budget and prior year results.
•    Identify and highlight critical stock situations, maintaining a clear record of agreed actions (e.g., obsolescence, write‑offs, stock peaks).

•    Bachelor’s Degree
•    Preferably 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Controlling or Plant Controlling
•    Excellent communication skills and ability to operate effectively in a multicultural environment
•    Proven analytical thinking skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
•    Capability to drive change combined with excellent negotiation skills
•    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP
•    Fluent in both written and spoken English and Turkish
