At Ferrero, the Operations Finance Analyst NAM plays a key supporting role within the Finance – Industrial Controlling function, contributing to the monitoring and analysis of industrial performance across manufacturing sites. In this role, you will support the Industrial Controller in budgeting, reporting, cost analysis, and performance monitoring activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across the Area.

The Finance – Industrial Controlling function ensures transparency and reliability of financial data related to manufacturing operations, supporting planning cycles, performance analysis, and investment monitoring. It enables informed decision-making through standardized reporting and close collaboration with Operations and Finance teams.

Reporting to the NAM Operations Controller, you will support day-to-day controlling activities, including budget preparation, cost analysis, CAPEX monitoring, and monthly reporting, while contributing to regional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

This position is hybrid, and based out of our North American HQ in Parsippany, NJ.

  • Support local Controlling teams during budget and forecast preparation activities.
  • Assist with cost center reviews, industrial overhead pools, and basic product costing checks.
  • Support the analysis of production costs and resource usage (materials, labor, other costs).
  • Assist in monitoring production efficiency and cost variances versus Budget and Forecast.
  • Support the monitoring of CAPEX spending versus budget and approved projects.
  • Assist in tracking industrial overheads and preparing standard CAPEX and overhead reporting.
  • Support month-end close activities in coordination with Plant Controlling teams.
  • Assist in meeting Group closing timelines at local and central level.
  • Support the preparation of consolidated Area reports, variance analysis, and Risks & Opportunities (R&O) reporting.
  • Support the upload of Budget and Forecast data into Group systems (e.g. HFM).
  • Assist with monthly performance analysis and identification of main variance drivers.
  • Support the Industrial Controller in regional projects and initiatives, including preparation of supporting materials.
  • Support transfer pricing activities, including calculation and maintenance of price lists in SAP for intercompany and third-party customers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in controlling, finance, audit, or a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Good understanding of cost accounting and financial analysis.
  • Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and SAP.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a structured and dynamic environment.

The base salary range for this position is $80,931.00 - $107,908.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
