Region Supply Chain Controller
The Region Supply Chain Controller plays a pivotal role in driving financial performance and operational excellence across the supply chain in the Asia Pacific Region. This position partners closely with supply chain and finance leaders to provide insightful analysis, support strategic initiatives, and ensure robust governance. The ideal candidate is a finance professional with strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for optimizing supply chain processes.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the consolidation and analysis of supply chain KPIs and results. Evaluate new initiatives and investments, providing clear business cases and recommendations to leadership.
- Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to supply chain and functional heads, supporting decision-making with data-driven insights and financial modeling.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:Coordinate the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the supply chain function at regional and country levels. Ensure consistency in methodologies and target setting.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial policies, controls, and regulatory requirements. Act as the single point of contact for governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) matters related to supply chain.
- Cost Control & Process Improvement: Analyze supply chain costs, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Project Management: Oversee and report on regional supply chain projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners (auditors, consultants) to achieve business goals.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Strong relevant experience in finance, controlling, or supply chain management, preferably in a multinational environment
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and cost control best practices
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and project management
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial modeling and business case development
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced MS Office skills; SAP / S4HANA, Hyperion is preferred
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
