We're looking for a passionate field trainer to lead impactful learning initiatives across Kazakhstan and the South Caucasus. If you have experience in FMCG, a talent for developing people, and enjoy traveling, this role offers a dynamic opportunity to grow and make a difference.

In this role, you’ll be leading on-the-job training sessions that empower sales teams across Kazakhstan and the South Caucasus.

Your insights will guide managers in growing their teams, while your strategic mindset ensures training budgets are well-managed and aligned with business goals.

Additionally, you’ll be the one analyzing training effectiveness and turning data into actionable improvements. Keeping our learning management system (LMS) up to date will be part of your daily rhythm, helping us stay organized and forward-thinking.

This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys traveling, connecting with people, and driving performance through learning.

To thrive in this role, you bring a solid foundation—your higher education has equipped you with the tools to think strategically and act confidently. With at least three years of experience as a trainer, you know how to inspire and guide others, especially within the fast-paced world of FMCG.

You’re familiar with the 7-step visit principle and know how to apply it effectively in the field. Presenting comes naturally to you, and you’re comfortable designing and delivering impactful training sessions that stick. Additionally, your English skills—at least at an Intermediate level—allow you to communicate across borders and cultures with ease.

Experience with e-learning systems is part of your toolkit, helping you manage and deliver training in a modern, scalable way.

And finally, you're someone who enjoys being on the move—ready to travel and connect with teams wherever they are.
