Organization & Improvement Manager
As an Organization & Improvement Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and driving Ferrero's organizational evolution across the Italian Region. Reporting to the O&I Region Italy Manager, you will contribute to the definition and implementation of organizational strategies, transformation initiatives, and process improvement programs that support business growth and operational excellence.
Acting as a trusted partner to business leaders, People Business Partners, and functional stakeholders, you will connect strategic objectives with organizational design solutions. Your mission will be to help build efficient structures, optimize processes, and enable change across commercial, industrial, and support functions.
You will support the Organization & Improvement team in designing and delivering organizational development initiatives, including organizational structures, operating models, process improvements, and transformation programs. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will help define organizational strategies that align with business priorities while ensuring consistency and sustainability in organizational design.
You will play an active role throughout the full lifecycle of organizational projects, from analysis and design to implementation and change management. By assessing current organizational structures and processes, you will identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, developing practical solutions that enhance effectiveness and support business objectives.
A key part of your role will involve designing future-state processes and supporting tools, defining role profiles and capability requirements needed to sustain organizational change. You will facilitate cross-functional discussions, balancing different stakeholder perspectives and helping teams reach aligned and actionable solutions.
You will also contribute to the management of the organizational project portfolio, supporting prioritization activities, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and ensuring the successful execution of multiple initiatives. Through your analytical approach and project management capabilities, you will help drive organizational transformation while maintaining a strong focus on business impact and operational excellence.
You hold a Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field, and have proven experience in Organization & Improvement or similar roles.
You bring strong analytical and methodological skills, and you are comfortable managing multiple priorities with flexibility and adaptability.
Able to provide leadership and drive the change into multiple disciplines in a complex matrix organization, you build effective relationships at all levels, from operative profiles to top management.
You excel at facilitating discussions across diverse stakeholders, bringing alignment, and supporting decision-making, thanks to your strong interpersonal skills.
You are proactive, curious, and results-oriented. Your ability to lead projects, manage competing priorities, and problem solving will be key to your success in this role.
Fluent in Italian and English, you are proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.

The role is classified at Level Quadro Funzionario under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is €50.083. The compensation package also includes an annual variable component with a target of up to 15% of base salary.
The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
