For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are looking for an Industrial Controller for the area Europe. You will oversee financial controlling, ensuring coordination between Group, local teams, and business partners.

You will be responsible for conducting monthly closing analysis, preparing presentations, evaluating planning scenarios, and performing consistency checks. This includes consolidating and reviewing the Risks and Opportunities declarations provided by Local Plant Controllers. You will also monitor risks related to obsolescence and destruction costs of raw materials, packaging, semi-finished and finished products, as well as fixed asset write-offs.

Thanks to your analytical skills, you will support Category Controllers in the financial analysis of CAPEX investments. You will assist in preparing reports, conducting ad hoc analysis, and coordinating the collection and review of financial documents in line with group governance standards. You will also oversee simulations of new product and SKU costs and contribute to innovation projects in collaboration with Category Controllers.

You will follow production trends in the European Area based on S&OP data and participate in governance meetings such as the Industrial Area Board, Industrial Destruction Steering Committee, and Value Chain Optimization Steering Committee.

You will bring a master’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field, along with 5 to 7 years of experience in finance. A relevant background in industrial controlling, ideally within the FMCG sector or an international business environment, will allow you to effectively navigate the responsibilities.

You will be expected to use your analytical skills to support financial processes and reporting. Experience with tools such as HFM, SAP, or Essbase will be considered an advantage in handling data and systems efficiently.

You will also rely on your strong communication and presentation abilities to collaborate across teams. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, will support your day-to-day activities and reporting tasks. Fluency in English is required to operate effectively in a global context.

Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do. So, to be successful at Ferrero, you’ll need to be just as consumer and product centric as we are - dedicated to crafting brilliant results for consumers around the world.

Strong analytical mind, attention to details on one hand and great organisational skills on the other, are the key to success.  Employee contribution and engagement at Ferrero is based on the individual, team and organisation dimension, so you should have the ability to work independently, as a team member and build good relations with stakeholders on all levels.  Being flexible and dealing with a dynamic working environment and embedding new knowledge and skills in existing competencies will definitely help you to become a high performer here.
