For our Global Headquarters in Luxembourg, we are looking for Better for You Category Controller to join our finance team.
You will be responsible for preparing the CEO Guideline for the BFY (Better for You) category, including Deliver, Commit & Aim projects. You will also prepare long-term (3+ years) EC Guidelines and strategic initiatives P&Ls.
Thanks to your expertise, you will support the BFY strategy team in all economic and financial evaluations related to the launch, innovation, and reformulation of products. You will collaborate with strategists, region CFOs/controllers, SBD, and the Tax & Custom department to prepare business cases for geographical rollouts.
You will also prepare innovation projects for the BFY category, ensuring constant evaluation with all involved departments such as Packaging Unit, Technical Department, Planning, and Supply Chain. Additionally, you will support or perform plant analysis, product development, and alternative sourcing decisions for various industrial solutions (make and buy).
In this role, you will support the financial integration process for Eat Natural and Fulfil. You will assist CFOs/controllers with budget and forecast scenarios and analyze and follow up on the actual performance of the total category by geography and product. Furthermore, you will support the M&A team for BFY-related activities when needed and conduct economic and financial evaluations of new CAPEX projects.

You bring your university degree in Finance, Controlling and Accounting, coupled with 7-10 years of experience as a business commercial, industrial controller, ideally within the FMCG industry and in an international business setting.
You must demonstrate a high level of financial, accounting, and controlling knowledge, along with expertise in commercial economics. Fluency in English is essential.
Strong interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and a proactive, autonomous mindset are key traits for success in this role. You possess excellent problem-solving skills, capable of delivering results while respecting deadlines, and exhibit strong communication and computing capabilities.
Additionally, experience in project management will be advantageous in effectively fulfilling the responsibilities of this position.
