Business Intelligence TKM Analyst
As our Business Intelligence TKM Analyst, you will step into a central position where analytical excellence meets real business impact. You will support the execution of All Inclusive Contracts, ensuring full compliance with our Pay for Performance principles while turning complex data into actionable insights for multiple departments. Additionally, you will be working with both internal and external sources to enhance our understanding of market dynamics, helping the commercial organization make smarter, faster decisions. With a strong focus on Power BI development, continuous improvement of reporting tools, and project collaboration on MYPS (My Perfect Store), this is a role where you can shape the way we measure and elevate performance across the business.
In this position, you will oversee the tracking and audit of All Inclusive Contracts, ensuring in‑store activities are properly implemented and transparently monitored throughout the year. You will handle ongoing Channel Management responsibilities, refreshing and designing standard reports that make large data sets meaningful and business‑ready. Daily interactions with external data suppliers will keep you at the center of Data Quality Management, while your support to Sales, Trade Marketing and Marketing will help them unlock deeper insights through your analysis. Furthermore, you will drive the tracking and closure of Plan Trade activities and contribute to Bimonthly, Seasonal and weekly reporting routines. Alongside this, your role as a Power BI key user will allow you to develop richer dashboards and enhance reporting capabilities in close collaboration with the IT team. Lastly, your involvement in MYPS and additional analytical projects will ensure successful monitoring of performance in the impulse and broader FMCG environment.

You bring strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and a proactive mindset that drives continuous improvement. Experience with Business Intelligence, Power BI, Retail Analytics or FMCG data sources (such as sell‑out or in‑store execution data) will help you succeed from day one.
