For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for APAC MEA OOH & Alt Channels to Develop OOH (including Food Service) & Alternative Channels in the Regions of the Area assigned, analyzing the markets potential and defining the channel development plan with the local commercial team. 

Thanks to your understanding of OOH and Alternative Channels, you will be able to assess their potential across area APAC MEA under your responsibility and define strategy and its deployment thanks to actions plans in close collaboration with local Team. You will also help identify the right capabilities and resources needed in each market to strengthen channel performance, categories (including new ones) development and support long-term growth. 

You will play an active role to promote the OOH channel among APAC MEA regions and the various BU belong it  and  implementing initiatives for channel and subchannel development, supporting portfolio definition, and guiding markets in expanding Food Service and Retail product ranges. Through your analytical skills, you will monitor market and brand performance by channel, follow key business indicators, and contribute to creating dashboards and tools that enhance market visibility and planning accuracy. 

By working closely with Area SBD functions and local teams, you will support the management of international OOH and Alternative customers and help develop partnerships with key Food Service chains and solutions for professional. You will also gather market insights and share best practices, contributing to the creation of a strong OOH community. Thanks to your collaborative mindset, you will help shape future channel strategies and provide training to strengthen OOH foundations and expertise. 

Thanks to your experience of more than 10 years in sales or channel development, ideally within the OOH or FMCG environment, you bring a solid understanding of how to build and grow routes to market across different regions. You feel comfortable working with diverse teams and adapting strategies to local realities while keeping a consistent regional approach. 

You will draw on your analytical mindset to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and translate insights into clear action plans. Your ability to connect commercial goals with operational needs will help you guide markets in developing their capabilities and optimizing performance. 

You enjoy collaborating with both local and international stakeholders, sharing best practices, and supporting others in building their expertise. Thanks to your curiosity and proactive attitude, you will contribute to shaping the future of OOH and Alternative Channels within a dynamic and evolving business context.
