IT Service Manager, HK/TW/KR/JP
The IT Service Manager for the markets of Hong Kong / Taiwan / Korea / Japan will be a key member of the Asia Pacific Service Management team, supporting IT operations and service management across multiple countries. Reporting to the Regional IT Service Manager of Asia Pacific, this role ensures the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of IT services, working closely with regional and global teams.
- Oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure and application support for Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan, and Japan
- Ensure IT services meet agreed SLAs for quality, capacity, and performance
- Coordinate incident management, escalation, and communication with stakeholders
- Collaborate with global and regional IT teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and governance frameworks
- Manage IT asset lifecycle and support business continuity planning
- Build and maintain relationships with IT vendors and partners, including performance reviews and contract compliance
- Support regional IT projects and technology initiatives
- Assist with statutory and internal audits and contract renewals
- University degree in IT, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
- Relevant experience managing IT infrastructure, networks, servers, datacenter operations, and application support in multi-country or regional environments
- Proven experience in IT service management, incident management, and service delivery
- Experience with vendor management, SLA monitoring, and compliance with IT governance and security standardsCustomer-focused mindset and ability to drive service excellence
- ITIL certification and proficiency with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to work with diverse teams and external partners
