IT Account Manager SBD
For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for an IT Account Manager SBD to join the IT Trade Platform at Ferrero Group Headquarters in Luxembourg, focusing on Commercial processes for Travel Market, Food Services, Category Management, and Out of Home (OOH). You will support the Trade Platform Account Manager in defining the IT strategy for managed processes, collecting business priorities from key stakeholders and identifying technical solutions that enhance business performance.
You will contribute to application harmonization, the end-to-end design and delivery of business process solutions, and ensure alignment with business requirements from demand through project delivery.
You will manage the demand lifecycle for Travel Market, Food Services, Category Management, and OOH, supporting priority assessment, business case development, and identification of requirements. Working closely with IT Centres of Excellence and project managers, you will ensure functional and technical designs support effective execution.
You will analyze the impact of service implementations on business processes, make recommendations for improvement, and contribute to defining and monitoring Service Level Agreements. You will collect feedback from stakeholders and ensure follow-up actions maintain service quality.
Thanks to your communication skills, you will build strong relationships across IT departments and business units, ensuring alignment, supporting planning, and coordinating solution implementation in line with IT strategy. You will also take part in budgeting and cost management, oversee the IT projects portfolio with project managers, structure projects as needed, and maintain a roadmap with clear priorities and communication plans to optimize adoption and client satisfaction.
Thanks to your degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, and between 5 to 8 years of experience, you will bring a solid foundation to this role. Experience in equivalent positions, Commercial Operations, IT, or project management in multinational companies, especially digital transformation projects, will support your effectiveness.
You will bring technical knowledge in SAP Sales & Distribution, Microsoft Productivity Tools, and Power BI, along with strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills. Thanks to your strategic communication and interpersonal abilities, you will build and maintain relationships, combining negotiation, operational execution, and people management skills.
You will feel comfortable in international, matrix environments, with FMCG commercial awareness. You will also be fluent in English, flexible, collaborative, and motivated to support the team and drive results.
