We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support in driving governance, strategic planning and the execution of plant-wide priorities. The role serves as a key coordination hub across functions, ensuring transparency, alignment and effective delivery of the Plant Master Plan, budgeting processes and strategic initiatives.

  • Support the Plant Manager in driving governance, strategic priorities and plant-wide alignment across all functions
  • Lead the development, coordination and monitoring of the Plant Master Plan, ensuring transparency and execution of key initiatives
  • Coordinate the plant budgeting and forecasting processes, consolidating inputs and supporting management decision-making
  • Establish and maintain effective reporting and performance management routines to track progress against business objectives
  • Drive cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely delivery
  • Promote project management standards and governance principles to strengthen execution excellence across the plant
  • Prepare management reviews, executive presentations and strategic communications for plant and central leadership teams
  • Foster collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement by coordinating plant-wide activities and priorities
  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in governance, project management, business planning, controlling or cross-functional coordination, preferably within a multinational manufacturing environment
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex topics and coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Good understanding of business processes and interdependencies across manufacturing functions and SQCDME dimensions
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional projects and driving initiatives in collaboration with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively across plant, area and central functions
  • Ability to prepare clear presentations, management reports and decision-making materials for leadership teams
  • Proactive, structured and collaborative working style with a strong sense of ownership
  • Fluent in English
