Growing up in 1980s Poland, where Nutella and Kinder were rare treats, Patrycja developed a love for organization. Today, this helps her make sure that essential ingredients such as milk, sugar and hazelnuts are ready in Ferrero plants to keep production running smoothly.

Fabio is Utilities and Energy Manager. According to him, the dynamism and interaction with different cultures are fascinating aspects of our work environment. Music, his great passion, has taught him the importance of always being “in sync” with the team.
