We are looking for a Ukraine-based Training & Development Manager who will work in close collaboration with the Regional Talent team and align with Group L&D priorities, becoming a true partner to the business in all people development topics and helping build impactful, modern learning solutions.
In this role, you will not only design and deliver training programs, but also act as a trusted advisor to managers – helping them identify development needs, build effective development plans, and implement learning initiatives that drive real business results.
You will play a key role in developing Ferrero's learning ecosystem, supporting leadership development, executive learning, management development programs, and team effectiveness initiatives.
We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and genuinely passionate about people development – a person who brings strong empathy, positive energy, and the ability to build trust, challenge when needed, and drive change.
This role requires a combination of creativity and structure: the ability to generate strong learning ideas, translate them into practical solutions, and ensure high-quality execution with measurable impact.
Ultimately, you will contribute to building a strong learning culture in the company and support business leaders in developing high-performing teams.

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs, ensuring a high level of interaction, practical application, and long-term knowledge retention;
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops, including facilitation-style discussions when needed;
  • Build effective and modern learning solutions using interactive formats (e.g. e-learning, microlearning, short impactful sessions instead of long formats);
  • Assess training effectiveness, measure impact, and continuously improve learning approaches;
  • Support and coach line managers in identifying development needs, building development plans, and implementing learning solutions;
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all topics related to learning and development;
  • Support the preparation and delivery of internal events, training sessions, and conferences, ensuring high quality of content and engagement;
  • Promote and drive the implementation of Group learning initiatives and programs at local level;
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Talent team to ensure alignment with Group learning priorities and standards;
  • Explore trends in learning and development and implement relevant, modern solutions within the organization;
  • Manage the training budget, ensure efficient allocation of resources, and optimize learning investments;
  • Identify and engage external training providers aligned with Ferrero culture, ensuring quality of content and delivery;
  • Manage and administer local LMS (Colaborator), ensure effective use of global LMS platforms, and maintain learning data and reporting.
  • 4+ years of experience in Training & Development, Learning, or HR (preferably in FMCG or a similarly dynamic environment);
  • Ukrainian – fluent, English – upper-intermediate or higher;
  • Strong experience in designing and delivering training programs (from concept to implementation);
  • Experience in public speaking, facilitation, and conducting training sessions;
  • Experience working with LMS Colaborator platform or other platforms and digital learning tools is an advantage;
  • Experience using interactive training tools (e.g., Mentimeter, AhaSlides, or similar platforms);
  • Strong understanding of learning methodologies, competency development, and training effectiveness measurement;
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and translate business needs into practical learning solutions;
  • Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in people development;
  • Ability to build trust-based partnerships and act as a reliable advisor to managers.
