We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our Field Sales team in Adelaide CBD.

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will build strong and positive relationships with key customers and drive sales to achieve display and sales targets within your assigned territory and uphold high standards in execution and compliance of in-store activiti

  • Build and sustain strong partnerships with key customers, including Store Managers and Area/Regional Managers, to identify opportunities and maximise sales performance across each activation period
  • Engage proactively with key customer stakeholders to upsell priority initiatives, influence in‑store decisions, and negotiate incremental display and visibility opportunities
  • Deliver best‑in‑class in‑store execution, ensuring product quality, freshness, availability, and merchandising standards consistently meet defined Field Action Standards and My Perfect Store execution guidelines
  • Plan and execute in‑store activities to achieve display and execution quality targets, in line with the Activity Execution Guide and agreed commercial priorities
  • Coordinate the timely availability of point‑of‑sale (POS) materials for all in‑store activations, including accurate forecasting, ordering, and distribution to local depots or sheds to support flawless execution

We’re looking for someone with a strong desire to build a career in FMCG or a genuine passion for field sales. You’ll be a confident and engaging communicator, with the ability to influence others, build strong relationships, and approach challenges with a positive, can‑do mindset.

As a Territory Sales Representative, you’ll be comfortable working autonomously and motivated by achieving results. Resilience, self‑drive, and well‑developed time management and organisational skills are essential to succeed in this role. Previous merchandising experience will be highly regarded.

You must also hold a valid, clean Australian driver’s licence.
