At Ferrero, every surprise tells a story. As a Surprise Planning Specialist, you will help ensure that the surprises inside our products are available at the right place and the right time, supporting production continuity and creating moments of joy for consumers around the world. Your work will have a direct impact on product availability, service levels, and the careful use of resources.

Working within Industrial & Supply, you will shape planning decisions across our network and collaborate with teams involved in supply, production, marketing, quality, safety, and legal activities. You will discover how thoughtful planning supports both operational excellence and the Ferrero experience.

You will manage the planning and distribution of surprises, ensuring the right visibility of demand and maintaining appropriate stock coverage across plants and co-packers.

You will control surprises availability at Ferrero plants and copackers by ensuring correct surprises demand visibility and standard coverage, according to dispatches schedules and means of transportation. You will collaborate with key stakeholders like KPS Presidenza, KPS Planning Polo and Plant Operating Planning in the evaluation of Surprises supply feasibility, by managing the order placement process and/or allocating leftover.

You will perform stock management analysis and define leftover recovery plans aligning related strategy with KPS Presidenza, Area Marketing and Local markets, while performing needed validations with stakeholders (e.g. FSQ Toys, Safety, Legal).

In addition, you will manage the surprises global process for disposal: creating destruction lists and raising disposal notifications in the Disposal Tool.

You bring a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, along with up to 2-3 years of professional experience. Through your studies or early career, you have developed an understanding of planning, procurement, or supply chain activities.

You can work confidently with Microsoft Excel and use data to support decisions. Experience with SAP planning tools, enterprise resource planning systems, or Power BI will help you grow more quickly in the role.

You communicate effectively in English and can collaborate with people from different functions and backgrounds. You enjoy learning, adapt to changing priorities, and approach problems with accuracy and care while keeping the bigger purpose in mind.
