For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a Supply Chain Controller to join our dynamic central Finance team with international responsibilities and visibility on a strategic cluster of countries. The role plays a key part in delivering accurate Actuals, Budgets, and Forecasts, driving financial insight, transparency, and performance management across Operations and Finance.
In addition, this role supports the Area I&SC Controller for the operational execution of the Group Stock Governance framework in the operations perimeter, consolidating stock KPIs across regions, ensuring consistent application of Group standards, and supporting initiatives to improve stock performance.
We will request you to be the guardian of the CAPEX and Long Term Contract policy playing a crucial role in the first line of defense of the Area Europe.

  • Consolidate and analyze Area Europe Supply Chain financial performance (Actuals, Budget, Forecast) across Operations and Finance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high quality reporting;
  • Support Area Europe planning cycles and decision making by reviewing performance, investments, and targets, and identifying gaps and improvement opportunities;
  • Coordinate and challenge Risks & Opportunities across the full SC perimeter, providing clear, actionable insights for Area Europe management;
  • Drive the operational execution of Area Europe Stock Governance by consolidating stock KPIs, monitoring performance by region, and supporting corrective actions;
  • Pivoting the information from the Region level to the Group facilitating the transparency and the synthesis of the main KPIs deviations;
  • Ensiring the compliance being the be the guardian of the CAPEX and Long Term Contract policy playing a crucial role in the first line of defense of the Area.
  • Act as a key finance partner to Area and Local Supply Chain Controllers, ensuring alignment on methodologies, KPIs, and performance narratives across the Area.
     

•    5-7 years of experience in financial controlling & analysis (preferably in Supply Chain Finance) 
•    Strong Knowledge of logistic, supply chain, inventory, and operations business models
•    Strong Knowledge of financial and management accounting
•    Knowledge of ERP and reporting systems (SAP, Power BI, Oracle, HFM)
•    Ability to gather data, analyze information, and prepare reports & presentations, multi-task and prioritize
•    Effectively communicate information and provide recommendations to leadership with ability of influencing key stakeholders
•    Proven sense of curiosity, with the ability to ask the right questions and continuously seek deeper understanding of performance drivers
•    Strong capability to challenge assumptions, results, and proposals in a constructive, fact based manner
•    Ability to work independently, taking full ownership of topics end to end
•    Demonstrated experience driving projects to completion, managing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders effectively
