Financial Commercial Controller (f/m/n)
We are seeking an experienced Financial Commercial Controller to support business growth through financial planning, profitability analysis, and business partnering. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to optimize commercial investments, improve reporting, and drive data-based decision-making.
- Prepare and coordinate A&P budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor A&P spending, analyze variances, and provide management reporting.
- Control commercial costs and identify optimization opportunities.
- Conduct profitability analyses for customers, promotions, and new sales projects.
- Partner with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams, providing financial insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, support financial closing activities, and maintain accurate cost allocation.
- Drive improvements in reporting processes, data quality, automation, and financial tools.
- Experience: 5-7 years in Commercial Controlling
- University Degree in Finance
- Fluent English and Polish
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- International mobility
- Open to development in various areas within the finance department
- Open minded to the automation of reporting processes, development of new reporting tools
- Knowledge of AI capabilities and its use to improve reporting processes
