Sales Admin
If you are accountable for your results, focus activities on attaining set objectives, this role can interest you! As a Sales Admin, the main purpose of the role is to support Area Sales Manager to assure and facilitate the set-up of effective sales processes and approach to the business in a “Ferrero Way”, supporting and stimulating the business growth.
1. Business Management
- Monitor business KPI executive and trade spending within budget;
- Report the relevant reports on KPI achievement and spending usage to Regional Sales Manager;
- Ensure trade spending planning and reimbursement according with company’s compliance and budget;
- Collect and analyses retailer’s POS data, and promotion activities analysis report.
2. Office Administration
- Manage team overheads usage in efficient way and within budget;
- Manage sales office administration operation efficiently and safely;
- Other tasks assigned by Regional Sales Manager or company.
- College degree or above;
- Familiar with MS office;
- Fluent in English;
- Have good communication skills;
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure.
