Lab Operation Specialist

Ensure the right execution of lab analysis for raw material, semi-finished and finished goods, in order to guarantee the technological quality and the market ability of Ferrero products.

Duties and areas of responsibilities:

- Ensure enough reagents and consumables in lab for testing activity.
- 确保实验室的试剂耗材及时领用，保证实验的开展。
- The preparation before samples analysis, to ensure that the medium, solution, etc. are sufficient and effective.
- 实施样品检测前的准备，确保检测用培养基、溶液等充足有效。
- Put testing site in order and collect raw data after samples testing to ensure the results and samples can be traced.
- 进行样品检测后的实验现场整理、原始数据的收集，确保分析结果和样品可追溯。
- Follow chemical and bio safety regulations in lab, follow the good laboratory practice
- 遵循实验室的化学安全和生物安全流程，遵循良好的实验室规范。
- Be able to perform aseptic sampling according to sampling plan to ensure timely output of test results.
- 能够按照取样计划进行现场无菌取样，保证测试结果及时输出。
- Report to line manager in time if any abnormality is found.
- 发现异常能够及时报告经理。

DOCUMENTATION MANAGEMENT:

- Maintain and file all related work instructions and procedures.
- 维护和归档所有工作相关的作业指导书和程序文件。
- Record all related records and forms to ensure traceability.
- 记录所有工作相关的记录表格，确保可追溯。

1. Associate's degree or above, with good physical condition
1. 大专以上学历，身体素质良好
2. Experience in food or pharmaceutical laboratory, with basic chemicals and biosafety knowledge
2. 有食品或医药实验室工作经验，具有基本的化学品安全和生物安全知识
3. Be able to read simple English, have simple office tools skills.
3. 能够进行简单英语阅读，具有office办公软件操作技能
4. Love learning, responsible, with team work spirit, obedient to work arrangement, strong pressure resistance, able to work shifts
4. 热爱学习，认真负责，有团队合作精神，服从工作安排，抗压能力强，能够接受倒班
