You will join Ferrero House Agency (Pubbliregia) as a Global Junior Account, becoming part of an international and dynamic team that supports global communication projects for Nutella and the Better for You categories. Starting in April 2026, this role offers you the opportunity to further develop your expertise in global brand management and creative strategy within a complex, multi market environment.
Working closely with the Account Manager, you will actively contribute to the management of global projects from briefing to delivery, supporting the coordination of creative development across brands, countries, and stakeholders. This is a role designed for someone who enjoys fast paced environments, values collaboration, and is ready to take ownership and add value from day one.

In this role, you will support the Global Account Team in coordinating and managing global communication projects, ensuring that briefs coming from marketing teams and international markets are clearly understood and effectively translated into actionable deliverables. You will collaborate closely with creative, strategic, and production teams, helping to align inputs, timelines, and expectations throughout the entire project lifecycle.
You will play an active role in shaping creative contributions by anticipating potential challenges, facilitating cross functional collaboration, and ensuring consistency and clarity across all touchpoints. Managing timing plans, monitoring deliverables, and supporting budget control will be key aspects of your daily work, as you help keep complex, multi stakeholder projects on track in an international context.
You will also be involved in product development and brand visual identity projects, contributing to the evolution of global assets, toolkits, and guidelines. Depending on the project, you may participate in production set visits, gaining hands on exposure to execution phases and ensuring coherence between creative concepts and final outputs.

You bring to Ferrero House Agency a strong understanding of branding and communication, supported by a solid academic background in Communication, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, and a few years of experience in communication, advertising, or brand management. You contribute a structured and organized approach to project management, combined with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in fast paced environments.
You add value through your flexibility, resilience under pressure, and confidence in working with tight deadlines and evolving priorities. Your ability to prepare clear presentations and reports, using tools such as PowerPoint and Excel, supports effective decision making and stakeholder alignment. Your strong communication skills in both Italian and English allow you to collaborate seamlessly within international teams, while additional languages further enrich your contribution.
Most importantly, you bring a proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit. You are eager to take ownership, open to feedback, and motivated to contribute across ATL, BTL, digital, and social communication projects. Over time, you will increasingly manage projects and stakeholders autonomously, playing an active role in shaping impactful global brand initiatives within a cross functional and international environment.
