We are looking for an Ice Cream Product Design Manager to support the development and industrialization of products within the Ice Cream category.

In this role, you will contribute to innovation, renovation and continuous improvement projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and scalable product solutions.

Supporting Product Research and Development activities across innovation and continuous improvement projects, you will contribute to formulation development, product validation and specification management.

You will execute laboratories, pilot plant and industrial trials, analyzing results and supporting product industrialization activities in collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality and other technical functions.

Through the maintenance of technical documentation and product specifications, you will help ensure compliance with quality, food safety and regulatory requirements.

Additionally, you will support the resolution of product-related issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the category.

You hold a master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biology or a related discipline, and have proven experience in product development within the Ice Cream category.

You possess a good understanding of ice cream formulation, raw materials and manufacturing processes, as well as knowledge of sensory evaluation, food safety and quality standards.

You are comfortable working in cross-functional environments, managing multiple priorities and contributing to project delivery through a hands-on and proactive approach. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a passion for product innovation complete your profile. 

Fluency in English and availability for occasional business travel are required.

The role is classified at Level Quadro under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is €50.083. The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
