We are looking for a HR Admin & Government Relations to join our team in Saudi Arabia, reporting directly to the HRBP.
This role is responsible for managing all government-related transactions and ensuring full compliance with local labor, immigration, and regulatory requirements. The position plays a critical role in supporting business continuity by maintaining employee documentation, managing government relations processes, monitoring Saudization requirements, and ensuring all company licenses, permits, and registrations remain valid and compliant.

Working closely with HR, Finance, employees, vendors, and government authorities, you will act as the key liaison between the company and external governmental entities, ensuring timely processing of all employees and business-related documentation.

You will be responsible for Government Relations & Immigration Manage employment visas, Iqama issuance/renewals, residency transfers, and business visas. Ensure document validity, timely renewals, and compliance with government regulations to avoid penalties. Saudization & Regulatory Compliance Monitor Saudization and Nitaqat requirements, track labor law updates, and provide compliance reports while maintaining relationships with government authorities. Licenses, Permits & Certifications Oversee the issuance and renewal of company licenses, permits, health cards, and vehicle registrations, ensuring all certifications remain valid and compliant. Employee Support & Documentation Maintain accurate employee records and support documentation needs, including attestations, government correspondence, and employment certificates. Vendor & Service Provider Coordination Coordinate with vendors and service providers for government affairs activities, ensuring efficient document processing and service delivery. and Financial & Administrative Support Manage government-related payments, fees, and records, and support reporting and administrative coordination with HR and Finance teams.

The ideal candidate must have 3 - 5 years’ experience in Government Relations, Public Relations, or a similar role within KSA. Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, immigration processes, visa and residency management, government portals, and Saudization requirements is essential.

Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure compliance in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven, with strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-service mindset.

Fluent in Arabic and English. Strong knowledge of government relations, labor compliance, immigration procedures, vendor coordination, documentation management, and administrative reporting.
