We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Consolidation Analyst to join Ferrero UK & Ireland. This role plays an important part in supporting financial planning, performance reporting and business analysis, providing valuable insight that helps drive informed decision-making across the organisation.

Working within the Finance team, you will support the delivery of accurate and timely financial information, contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities, and provide analysis that enables stakeholders to understand business performance and identify opportunities for growth. You will work closely with colleagues across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing and Operations, gaining exposure to a wide range of business activities and helping to translate financial data into meaningful commercial insights.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to develop both technical and business partnering capabilities within a fast-paced FMCG environment. You will gain visibility across multiple functions, interact with senior stakeholders and contribute to key business decisions that support the continued success of some of the world's most recognised brands.

As a Consolidation Analyst, you will support the preparation of monthly financial reporting and performance analysis, ensuring the accuracy, consistency and integrity of financial data across multiple systems and reporting tools. You will contribute to the month-end close process, perform detailed variance analysis and provide insight into key business drivers, helping stakeholders understand performance across customers, channels and brands.

You will play an important role in developing and maintaining financial dashboards, management reports and performance packs, providing both regular and ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making across the business. Working closely with Finance and Commercial teams, you will identify trends, risks and opportunities, helping to translate financial performance into actionable recommendations.

The role will also support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, analysing financial performance, identifying growth opportunities and contributing to the preparation of business reviews and management presentations. Through collaboration with Category Controllers and wider business stakeholders, you will help provide visibility of commercial performance and support the evaluation of business opportunities and challenges.

Alongside core reporting responsibilities, you will contribute to finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, helping to enhance reporting processes, improve data quality and drive greater efficiency across the Finance function.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in understanding business performance. You will be comfortable working with large volumes of financial data and possess the ability to identify trends, interpret results and communicate findings in a clear and meaningful way.

You will have advanced Excel skills and be confident producing high-quality analysis and presentations for a range of stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines are essential. You will also be a confident communicator who enjoys collaborating across functions and building strong working relationships.

Previous experience within Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Business Performance or Financial Reporting would be advantageous, particularly within an FMCG, Retail, Consumer Goods or similarly fast-paced environment. Experience using SAP, Power BI or other reporting and analytical tools would also be beneficial.

This role would suit candidates currently working as a Finance Analyst, FP&A Analyst, Commercial Finance Analyst, Business Performance Analyst, Reporting Analyst or Financial Analyst who are looking to further develop their career within a global FMCG organisation.
