We have a current opening for a Category Finance Senior Analyst and are actively reviewing applications.


As the Category Finance Senior Analyst, you will be the primary finance business partner for our Keebler Brands which include Keebler Cookies (Fudge Stripes, Chips Deluxe, Sandies, EL Fudge, and more), Keebler Cones, and Keebler Crust.  This position is responsible for the comprehensive financial support across the P&L, working with business partners to develop assumptions and the P&L while coordinating with internal finance stakeholders.  The Senior Analyst reports to the Cookies Category Controller.

•    Key business partner to Brand Managers and Innovation Managers, supporting strategic decision making through financial analysis, actionable insights, and thought leadership.
•    Drive and maintain net revenue and profitability goals for brands and channels ensuring support of overall company financial and strategic goals
•    Develop and maintain innovation P&Ls and be the key finance contact in the commercialization process
•    Develop roadmap to profitability of brands within the category through managing product mix, analyzing potential cost efficiencies including sourcing decisions, and developing an optimal price pack architecture
•    Support budget/forecasting activities and manage annual/monthly reviews of business performance with clear communication of growth drivers, risks, and opportunities 
•    Prepare and present financial results to direct business partners as well as Senior leadership

•    Bachelor’s degree required in Finance or a related field. 
•    Minimum of 3-5 years of previous related work experience.
•    Demonstrated strong financial, operational and business acumen
•    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable solutions
•    Effective communication, organization, and people skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders and business partners
•    Knowledge of financial and management accounting
•    Knowledge of ERP and reporting systems 
•    Intermediate to advanced excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH) 
•    CPG/FMCG experience preferred

The base compensation range for this position is $74,457 - 99,276. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
