Are you ready to grow your career in Brand Management and make an impact on an iconic brand like Kinder? As our Brand Manager Kinder, you will play an active role in managing the Kinder Seasonal portfolio, combining creativity with strong analytical thinking. From identifying market trends and exploring opportunities for new product launches to developing local marketing content and adapting global initiatives, this role gives you the opportunity to experience the different sides of FMCG Marketing while working in an international and dynamic environment.

Your day-to-day will bring together data, strategy and execution. You will analyse sell-in, sell-out and HomeScan data to understand performance and turn insights into meaningful recommendations. Developing presentations and Business Cases, conducting range analysis and supporting portfolio proposals will also be an important part of your role.

Creativity comes into play as you adapt global communication assets and contribute to local developments across advertising, digital channels and Social Media. Additionally, you will propose and implement consumer promotions and manage the 4Ps Marketing of the category under your responsibility.

On the business side, you will work with P&L and RSP analysis, monitor the assigned budget and collaborate regularly with international colleagues through European meetings. This combination will give you broad exposure to both the commercial and creative dimensions of Brand Management.

You bring previous experience as a Brand Manager, ideally within FMCG, together with a proactive, flexible and curious mindset. You enjoy learning, feel comfortable navigating complexity and processes, and know how to stay organised when the workload becomes particularly intense. Strong communication skills will help you coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and collaborate in an international environment.

A strong command of Excel and PowerPoint is important, alongside experience with tools such as Nielsen, IRI, Kantar HomeScan and SAP. An interest in and understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) will also be valued. Advanced English and a high level of Spanish are required given the collaboration with international teams, while Italian would be a plus.
