The position reports to the UGP Manager and provides all necessary information to support UGP management through production performance monitoring, OAE planning and analysis, labor and line efficiency analysis, production schedule coordination, material readiness follow-up, FOX 2.0 loss analysis and preparation of managerial reports. The role supports fact-based decisions, top-loss identification, gap analysis, Focused Improvement actions and sustainable performance improvement for responsible production areas.

Provide accurate production figures to support UGP budget preparation, including output, cycle, scrap, labor efficiency, OAE / OEE trends, main losses and general production expenses.

Support Maintenance and investment budget preparation by providing historical data, capacity assumptions and operational impact analysis. 。

Monitor and analyze production factor utilization, including labor, machine time, materials, semi-finished goods and packaging availability

In case of weekly production plan changes, coordinate with Planning and Supply Chain to confirm material readiness and highlight OAE, capacity and loss impact.

Is consulted in the planning of scheduled maintenance activities by providing production schedule constraints, expected production load, historical downtime data, OAE planned / unplanned loss impact and suitable maintenance windows.

Align with RDL, RTO and Maintenance to reduce impact on production plan adherence and line performance.

Support RDL and UGP Manager in identifying improvement opportunities based on FOX 2.0 loss analysis, OAE loss tree, planned / unplanned stop ranking, scrap, speed loss, micro stops and changeover losses.

Support structured RCA / KK, define problem statements, prepare data baseline, follow up action owners and due dates, and verify benefit after implementation.

Apply digital tools and methods, such as Power BI, MES, SAP, OEE 2.0 / FOX 2.0 reports and simple automation solutions, to visualize losses, standardize follow-up, improve action tracking and support data-driven continuous improvement。

Carry out daily, weekly and monthly production performance analysis for the UGP.

Track output, OAE / OEE, top losses, scrap, downtime, cycle, labor utilization, material losses and plan adherence.

Collaborate with Production Scheduling, Planning, UGP Manager and RDL to prepare weekly production schedule inputs.

Perform gap analysis when demand, capacity, labor, materials or maintenance windows create constraints. Support scenario analysis and risk communication when mid-week changes occur, considering impact on OAE, planned stops and line saturation.

1. Good knowledge of production flow, capacity, loss analysis and basic manufacturing KPIs.
2. Understand OAE / OEE logic, loss tree thinking and the link between losses, line performance and improvement actions.
3. Strong Excel capability; Power BI, SAP, MES, OEE 2.0 / FOX 2.0 reporting, data visualization or automation tool experience is preferred.
4. Good written and spoken English for reports, procedures, meetings and emails.
5. Good team spirit, communication skill and ownership.
6. Structured problem solving mindset, RCA / KK awareness and Focused Improvement follow-up capability.
