Are you ready to take ownership of workplace management across Spain and Portugal? In this role, you will ensure that our offices run smoothly and efficiently, creating an environment where people love to work. From building maintenance to fleet management, you’ll be the go-to person for operational excellence. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in business travel coordination, administration, and purchasing management, making sure everything is organized and on track.

You will oversee building maintenance activities, including renovations, repairs, and incident management, while managing budgets and service contracts. Handling our company vehicles and fleet will be part of your daily routine, from onboarding and offboarding vehicles to administering fuel cards and resolving incidents. Furthermore, you’ll supervise business travel arrangements through platforms like CITI and CONCUR, ensuring smooth processes for travel cards and accommodation bookings. On top of that, you’ll manage administration and invoicing, acting as the primary SAP contact for Spain and Portugal, and generate monthly reports. Keeping our offices stocked with office supplies, coordinating cleaning services, and managing corporate gifts during special periods will also be under your responsibility.

You are highly organized, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic environment. With experience in office management, administration, and supplier coordination, you know how to keep things running seamlessly. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask are essential. Fluency in Spanish and English is a must, and if you speak Portuguese, that’s a plus. Knowledge of SAP and travel management platforms like CITI and CONCUR will set you apart. If you’re ready to take on a role where no two days are the same and where your impact is visible, we want to hear from you!
