The Cybersecurity Operations Technology Expert for the Americas Hub is responsible for fostering a high-level of cybersecurity maturity across Ferrero’s OT environment, in coordination with the Group Cybersecurity strategy.  This role supports the development of plans and coordinates the delivery of cybersecurity projects and services aimed at protecting industrial systems and ensuring production continuity.  

•    As part of the Americas Hub, the Cybersecurity Industrial & OT Expert will be the point of reference to manage requests and needs originating across the Americas, planning activities and resources to continuously improve the cybersecurity posture of OT environments. In this role, you will implement initiatives aligned with the OT Cybersecurity Roadmap, focusing on increasing the level of protection and resilience of industrial environments and the supply chain.

•    You will lead periodic security reviews, vulnerability assessments, and remediation activities across OT environments, identifying potential gaps and proposing improvements. Gathering data and metrics from OT systems will be essential to enable KPI evaluation and drive continuous improvement.

•    Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will define cybersecurity baselines, methodologies, and requirements for OT environments at both central and local levels, integrating security aspects into projects. You will also support training and awareness programs for OT users, helping to strengthen cybersecurity culture across the organization.

•    In addition, you will evaluate new vendors, technologies, and features related to OT cybersecurity, ensuring alignment with industrial needs and global standards. Your role will include providing recommendations to maintain and enhance Ferrero’s approach to monitoring, identifying, and correcting cybersecurity activities in OT environments.

•    BSc/ MSc in Technology or related field.  
•    6+ years of experience supporting the development and coordination of project implementation plans, with a focus on safeguarding IT and OT environments.
•    Knowledge of the definition process for Cybersecurity requirements and the evaluation of products specific for OT environments based on industrial’s needs and context.
•    Proven experience in ensuring and supporting correct operation of implemented Cybersecurity technologies and developing necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness according to Cybersecurity’s architecture team.
•    Strong background in networking and infrastructure with industrial contexts 
•    Experience working in a matrix global organization is a plus
•    Manufacturing and/or Food & Beverage industrial experience is considered a strong advantage.
•    Estimated travel up to 25%, primarily site-focused to support plants and engineering teams during key OT initiatives.

The base salary range for this position is $122,854 - 163,806. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
