AgriGeorgia was established in March 2007 near the city of Zugdidi in the Samegrelo region and currently the activity is handled through 2 sites, employing approx. 84 HCs. The Company’s mission is to verify the adaptability of different hazelnut varieties to local agricultural and climatic conditions experimenting several agronomic techniques, to promote the hazelnuts development amongst local farmer and ultimately to be a reliable supplier for Ferrero reducing dependency from other suppliers/countries.

We are looking for a Warehouse  Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting supply chain operations in alignment with departmental objectives.

  • Oversee and manage the receiving and issuing processes of industrial materials.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports to the Supply Chain Manager on the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory balances of industrial materials, including:
  • Spare parts and maintenance materials
  • Fuel and lubricants
  • Fertilizers and plant protection products
  • Packaging materials (e.g., big bags, pallets)
  • Maintain and regularly update records in Excel and SAP systems as required.
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively inform relevant departments of critical stock levels.
  • Collect, organize, and archive documentation in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and results-oriented approach to daily operations.
  • Uphold and actively promote the company’s values.
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, workplace discipline, and reporting lines, while fostering effective teamwork and communication.
  • Remain flexible to undertake additional or evolving responsibilities within the scope of the Supply Chain Specialist role in response to:
  • New operational requirements
  • Changes in Georgian legislation, customs regulations, and/or Revenue Service requirements
  • During periods of reduced industrial material activity, support inventory management operations within hazelnut warehouse activities.
  • Be available to work beyond standard working hours or days when required, in compliance with the Labor Code of Georgia.
  • Strong organizational and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • High level of responsibility with strong attention to detail.
  • English language proficiency is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP systems is considered an advantage.
