We have a current opening for Supply Chain Controlling and are actively reviewing applications.

This role is responsible for the financial control, reporting, and analysis of Finished Goods inventory, ensuring transparency and effective management of inventory-related costs. The position monitors key inventory performance indicators, evaluates inventory levels against budget, and provides actionable insights to support supply chain and financial decision-making. It also oversees risk provisions, destructions, and inventory performance reporting to ensure alignment with organizational financial and operational objectives.

The role partners closely with Supply Chain, Commercial Controlling, and other cross-functional teams to analyze inventory performance, identify opportunities to improve cash flow, and support planning scenarios such as budget and forecast cycles. It involves developing and tracking KPIs, conducting root cause analysis on inventory destructions, and preparing reporting for senior leadership forums including Area/Regional Business Reviews Board Meetings. Additionally, the position supports operational decision-making through tools such as Power BI dashboards, inventory risk analyses, and detailed P&L explanations at the item level.

•    Review and analyze the main inventory KPIs on monthly basis with the goal of providing useful information to the business about performance. Focusing on actual vs budget – specifically Finished Goods
•    Work with the business to identify ways to reduce inventory value without impacting business operations
•    Developing and tracking new and existing KPIs (Financial days of supply, Inventory Turnover, etc)
•    Evaluating and controlling commercial destructions – not just reporting but also root cause analysis and resolution recommendations
•    Performing the month end close for risk provision and destructions overview
•    Key presentation Preparation - Preparing destructions deck for NAM Supply Chain Controlling Manager for US Business Review and NAM SC Board, Preparing the Area SC Manager and Head of Finance for the quarterly Group Stock Committee
•    Support Planning team on the monthly distressed + closeout report 
•    Support for Category Controlling to explain P&L variances at item level - Destructions
•    Work with Commercial Controlling and Supply Chain on the Development and Upload of BDG/SAF destructions by brand
•    P&L control of Pallets in Stock (purchases and rentals)  - Monthly close, Budget, Reforecast, Risk & opportunities

•    5-7 years of experience in financial controlling & analysis (preferably in Supply Chain Finance)
•    Strong Knowledge of logistic, supply chain, inventory, and operations business models 
•    Strong Knowledge of financial and management accounting
•    Knowledge of ERP and reporting systems (SAP, COPA, Power BI)
•    Ability to gather data, analyze information, and prepare reports & presentations, multi-task and prioritize
•    Effectively communicate information and provide recommendations to leadership with ability of influencing key stakeholders

The base salary range for this position is $105,117 - $140,156. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
