By joining us, you’ll not just be an intern; you’ll be an integral part of our team, contributing to meaningful projects in Technology.

    What will your key responsibilities be?

  • Monitor, record, and report trials related to raw materials, products, packaging, and process parameters 
  • Ensure laboratory analyses are conducted in compliance with established standards and methodologies 
  • Manage the sample collection process across relevant areas (e.g., production lines, raw material and finished goods warehouses) 
  • Oversee the calibration of laboratory equipment and devices used by the technology team in the production environment 
  • Support daily production operations to maintain efficiency, quality, and safety standards 
  • Assist in monitoring and enhancing manufacturing processes and workflows 
  • Collect, analyze, and report production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, and Production 
  • Support troubleshooting of operational issues and the implementation of corrective actions
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and process-related documentation as needed 
  • Contribute to projects focused on improving productivity, reducing waste, and optimizing costs
  • Enthusiastic 3rd and 4th-year bachelor’s or master's students (Preferably from Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering)
  • Ready to join us for a part-time internship (minimum 3 days per week) for a period of 6 to 11 months
  • Candidates with a keen interest in the food industry, ready to blend their academic knowledge with practical experience
  • Excellent communicators with problem-solving skills, a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit
  • Methodical thinkers who are committed, logical, and process-oriented
  • Proficiency in both English and Turkish (verbal and written) is a must
