Sourcing and Contract Management Specialist
As Sourcing and Contract Management Specialist, you will shape how Ferrero sources and manages contracts, contributing directly to our Procurement mission.
You will connect people, processes, and digital solutions, helping teams work with clarity and creating tangible impact across the business through shared and reliable Source to Pay practices.
You will also operate as a key integrator across Procurement, IT, and Business, supporting the adoption of end-to-end S2P solutions, with a focus on Sourcing and Contract Management and a progressive alignment with SAP S/4HANA-enabled processes.
You will drive global Source to Pay standards across sourcing, supplier selection, and contract management. By simplifying and aligning processes, you will enable efficient buying channels and support teams in adopting a common framework that strengthens consistency, transparency, and value creation across regions and categories.
Moreover, you will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, change teams, and project leaders to support the rollout of key initiatives, including digital sourcing deployments. You will guide adoption through clear exchanges, manage deviations when needed, and help teams progress with confidence and shared understanding.
Finally, you will connect business needs with digital solutions. Working with IT and external partners, you will contribute to requirements definition, testing, and continuous improvement, ensuring sourcing and contract management tools evolve smoothly and deliver lasting impact for Procurement.
You will bring your educational background with 5–7 years of experience in Procurement or Source to Pay, gained in international and complex environments. This background allows you to understand sourcing and contract processes deeply and to shape solutions that work at scale.
You can work confidently with digital procurement tools, including SAP Ariba, and you communicate fluently in English. You can translate business needs into clear inputs and collaborate effectively with colleagues across functions, cultures, and geographies.
Finally, you can grow through complexity and enjoy connecting with people around a shared purpose. With an organized and thoughtful approach, you balance operational delivery with a broader view, helping teams discover better ways of working together.
