Digital Roadmap & Project Portfolio Specialist

Procurement
Job ID:
74887
Senningerberg, LU (Hybrid)
Permanent

As Digital Roadmap & Project Portfolio Specialist based in our Luxembourg HQ, you will shape how Procurement chooses, delivers, and measures digital initiatives.

By covering this role, you will:

  • Connect daily business needs with a clear roadmap, solid priorities, and practical tools;
  • Help teams decide faster and simplify processes;
  • Create visible impact through better data, smarter ways of working, and well‑run pilots.

You will listen to procurement teams, translate their needs into clear initiatives, and keep the project pipeline and digital roadmap up to date.
You will map dependencies, clarify what comes first, and help leaders see the purpose, expected value, and timing. You will also analyze processes to spot where digital can remove friction and improve quality.

Moreover, you will build the facts that support decisions. You will contribute to business cases, track budgets and progress, and report on key measures, including return on investment. You will craft executive-ready dashboards and simple visual stories that show what is happening, what is changing, and what support is needed to move forward.

Finally, you will lead selected pilots from plan to validation, and you will explore the market to discover new solutions and partners with IT. You will support testing and rollout of procurement tools, capture user feedback, and provide first-line guidance. You will also help create training and communication materials that make adoption easy across geographies.

You will bring your educational background in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field with 5–7 years of work experience in Procurement or Consulting. You have supported portfolios, roadmaps, or projects, and you can explain your contribution with concrete examples and outcomes.

You can translate business needs into clear requirements, structure a business case, and track cost, timing, and progress without losing detail. You write and present in English with clarity, and you use Excel and PowerPoint to build simple, decision-ready views.

You can work with digital procurement tools and data, such as SAP Ariba, SAP Business Technology Platform, Power BI, or similar solutions.
Finally, you act with care and integrity, and you solve problems by testing, learning, and improving what you deliver.

If you want to shape how digital initiatives come to life in Procurement and see the impact of your work every day, this is your moment!
