We are seeking a dynamic Sales Training Manager to enhance our sales team’s performance through strategic training and development initiatives. You will design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive training programs that align with sales goals, equip team members with essential skills, and drive consistent growth.
Your core responsibilities will include developing training curricula (product knowledge, sales techniques, client management), facilitating engaging training sessions, partnering with sales people business partners to identify skill gaps, and measuring training effectiveness to continuously improve programs. You will play a key role in empowering our sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

Strategic Planning & Business Partnership
- Collaborate with the People Business Partners (PBP) team to define regional and HQ sales training strategies, implementation plans, track progress against key milestones, conduct gap analysis, and develop improvement initiatives.
- Support business transformation by designing sales capability mapping tools; work with commercial PBPs to review capability frameworks based on channel shift requirements and develop capability analysis tools.
- Organize sales force capability gap analysis, define corresponding training plans; partner with commercial PBPs to promote mapping tools, consolidate results for comprehensive analysis, identify key gaps, and roll out training plans with the sales training team.
Program Leadership & Delivery
- Lead Train-the-Trainer (TTT) implementation, ensure knowledge transfer to regions, and follow up on the internal trainer program. Collaborate with the sales training team to define TTT topics, identify internal trainers, arrange TTT sessions (skill and knowledge transfer) to ensure trainer qualification, and track the annual awards plan for qualified internal trainers.
- Co-lead SEED sales and Trade Marketing training programs with the commercial PBP team, including setting project milestones, tracking progress, overseeing hiring and people development processes, and designing relevant tools.
Operational Excellence & Budget Management
- Manage administrative tasks for training events and classes, including logistics arrangement, purchase request creation and follow-up, and Learning Management System maintenance.
- Lead budget planning based on guidelines, conduct regular budget reviews and analysis; collaborate with the sales training team to define annual budget plans, analyze training investment ROI, and develop improvement plans.
Communication & Engagement
- Support the communication plan for employee positive behaviors; partner with commercial PBPs to promote sales ranking programs focused on positive sales behaviors, collect related communication content, and ensure regular publication through internal channels and platforms.

  • Experience in sales training, project management, or learning & development roles
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Solid analytical ability in budgeting and reporting
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is mandatory, enabling effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Flexibility and quick adaptability to changing environment. Ability to work under pressure, open-minded and accountable.
