For our Ferrero plant in Sant’Angelo dei Lombardi (AV), we are looking for a People Business Partner Specialist, who will provide support to all Human Resources processes and services within the site, contributing to the main industrial levers in close collaboration with the local Human Resources team. 
The role reports to the Plant People Business Partner.

By covering this position, you will carry out a variety of tasks and activities. 
You will support the HR function, contributing to the execution of HR processes at plant level and supporting the application of Group guidelines and alignment with Region HR to ensure consistency and quality across initiatives.


Concerning Talent Acquisition, you will support recruitment, hiring and internal/international mobility activities, collaborating with Line Management to identify candidates aligned with Ferrero values and organizational needs. You will handle the operational organization of recruitment phases (screening, interviews, documentation).

You will support the implementation of Group HR policies at plant level, assisting in the planning and monitoring of training plans, contributing to the organization of initiatives and gathering development needs.

With regards to budget management and HR planning, you will collaborate with the team to monitoring of HR and OVHs costs and KPIs, ensuring accurate data tracking and alignment with the budget.

About Employee Relations and Labor negotiations, you will assist in activities related to industrial relations, including documentation preparation and operational support in interactions with trade union representatives.

You will provide support to ensure timely administrative tasks and compliance with HR regulatory requirements.
Moreover, you will collaborate with all the Plant functions, offering operational support, facilitating the correct application of procedures and regulatory requirements.
You will also act as a company ambassador, promoting Ferrero values and behaviors, fostering collaboration, and supporting colleagues across all functions as a role model for a positive and inclusive work environment.

You will bring your Master’s Degree background and your 4-5 years of experience as HR professional in similar roles within industrial or structured environments, in which you deal with industrial relations and unions.

Your capability to combine solid HR operational knowledge with strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization and a genuine passion for working with people will help you succeed in the role. Your natural inclination for empathy, active listening and proactive approach to supporting individuals and teams will be key for us. 

As a good communicator, you leverage on your fluency in both Italian and English and you are available to international mobility
