Luxembourg Recruiter & Employer Branding Specialist
At our Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg, you will connect talented people with meaningful work and help shape how Ferrero is seen as an employer.
Reporting to the Recruitment Center Manager, you will sit within the team covering Recruitment, Employer Branding, and Onboarding, and you will craft experiences that create real impact for candidates and hiring leaders.
You will lead end-to-end recruitment for HQ roles, starting with a clear kick-off and a strong brief with hiring teams. You will publish vacancies, review applications, and guide candidates through interviews and assessments.
Along the way, you will communicate openly, give timely feedback, and help each person feel respected and informed.
Moreover, you will run a transparent and consistent selection journey aligned with Group expectation while assuring a great candidate experience. You will keep every step clear for candidates, line managers, and People Business Partners. Step by step, you will strengthen quality and build trust in the process.
Finally, you will bring our employer brand to life through local initiatives on our roadmap. You will grow partnerships with universities and job fairs, and you will coordinate our social media content calendar with People Experience, Corporate Communication and Group strategy. You will also track recruitment and employer branding KPIs, analyze data, and share insights that inspire better decisions.
You will bring your educational background in Management, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Psychology, Communication, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, employer branding/talent acquisition, or as a People Business Partner. You enjoy owning a full hiring cycle and delivering clear outcomes.
You know how to reach and attract talents through the right channels and tools, and you understand basic marketing principles that support a strong employer message. You communicate clearly, build professional networks, and adapt your approach to different audiences across the organization.
Lastly, you can turn information into a story that people understand and use. You work confidently with data, systems, and new technologies, and you protect quality in the details. You can collect, analyze, and present KPIs, explaining how trends evolve and what they mean.
