This role offers the opportunity to combine technology, process excellence, and people expertise while making a lasting impact on how Ferrero manages and develops its workforce globally.
With regards to Employee Central Implementation & Deployment Support, you will contribute to the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related P&O transformation initiatives across Ferrero. Supporting project activities from preparation through deployment, you will assist with the development and maintenance of process documentation, implementation materials, and project deliverables, while participating in User Acceptance Testing activities through test preparation, execution, defect tracking, and coordination to help ensure successful and smooth implementations.
Supporting Localization & SAP HR Decommissioning activities, you will contribute to country localization initiatives following the deployment of the Employee Central global template. Working closely with internal stakeholders and support partners, you will assist with requirements analysis, process reviews, testing, and validation of country-specific solutions, while supporting SAP HR decommissioning and transition activities. You will also contribute to rollout documentation, training, and stakeholder coordination to facilitate successful adoption across markets.
Contributing to Employee Central Continuous Improvement & Enhancement Support, you will help manage the intake, documentation, tracking, and coordination of enhancement requests and system improvement initiatives. Collaborating with HRIS, IT, and external partners, you will support impact assessments, solution reviews, testing, deployment, and change management activities, helping to strengthen HR processes and continuously enhance the employee and manager experience.
When it comes to L3 Functional Support & Issue Investigation, you will support the analysis and resolution of complex Employee Central issues escalated by Local HRIS teams and support partners. Through participation in root-cause analysis, business impact assessments, testing, and validation activities, you will help identify sustainable solutions while contributing to knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.
As part of Data Quality & Governance, you will support data quality monitoring, validation, and governance activities related to Employee Central and broader HRIS processes. By contributing to data analysis, audits, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives, you will help promote data accuracy, consistency, and compliance while supporting reliable people data across the organisation.
From a Profiling & Access Governance Support perspective, you will assist with access management and governance processes across HR systems. This includes supporting the review and coordination of access requests, contributing to governance controls and Segregation of Duties activities, and participating in testing, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives designed to strengthen access governance and support future automation opportunities.

You will assist with the preparation and maintenance of testing documentation, user guides, and knowledge resources, while supporting training, change adoption, and knowledge transfer activities across HRIS, business, and support teams.
You bring 2 to 4 years of experience in HRIS, HR Administration, P&O Technology, or P&O Systems support, or other or related support roles along with hands-on experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or a comparable HR platform. You have a solid understanding of employee master data, position management, organisational structures, and key P&O lifecycle processes, enabling you to support both operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
