This position will be responsible for executing the growth plan for Kinder Surprise over the coming years, leading the brand’s annual strategic plan, and overseeing the planning and execution of key seasonal events such as Children’s Day and Easter. The role will also be responsible for designing the activation calendar and ensuring its implementation across 360° campaigns, S&OP, and P&L management, while also leading and implementing innovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, social, trade marketing, and PR)
• Manage the brand calendar and annual marketing plans
• Lead product innovation projects and pipeline management with cross-functional and multicultural teams
• Translate global brand strategy into local execution
• Manage portfolio performance and monitor category/SKU results
• Manage creative, media, research, and production agencies
• Analyze brand KPIs, campaign performance, and commercial results (including interpretation of internal and external data such as sell-in, sell-out, market share, Nielsen, Kantar, etc.)
• Monitor and optimize campaign ROI
• Lead and interpret qualitative and quantitative research initiatives (concept and product testing)
• Manage S&OP processes and alignment with Supply, Commercial, and Global teams
• Maintain strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance
• Manage forecasting, demand planning, product availability, and freshness
• Lead and develop one direct report within the team.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for someone passionate about understanding and meeting consumer needs, with a strong team-player mindset and proven experience leading innovation and communication projects within marketing roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in consumer research, Nielsen analysis, P&L management, and agency management across communication and media fronts.

This person should bring an agile approach, a passion for building purpose-driven brands, a strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills:
• Advanced knowledge of Nielsen
• Advanced/Fluent English (mandatory)
• Spanish is a plus
