INTERNSHIP EndToEnd Planning Transformation Analyst (Starting from September)

End to End Supply Chain
Job ID:
75439
Senningerberg, LU (Field Based)
Internship

As an EndToEnd Planning Transformation Analyst Intern in our Industrial & Supply team in Luxembourg, you will help shape how planning work becomes, more automated and system driven. You will join a Supply Management transformation that strengthens material planning through digital tools and clear processes, so teams can plan with confidence and create real impact.

You will work close to people building a Material Planning Center of Excellence, where good routines, good data, and good guidance matter. Each week, you will discover how a transformation moves from an idea to everyday use, and you will craft practical support that helps colleagues adopt new ways of working.

You will support the implementation of new planning tools and process evolutions by preparing clear documentation, running test scenarios, and helping teams resolve issues during acceptance testing. You will capture what works, what needs adjustment, and what users need to succeed, so the project turns into a sustainable process.

Moreover, you will contribute to training and enablement by creating and updating user guides, learning libraries, and simple presentations that people can use right away. You will translate complex steps into clear instructions, so each rollout feels smooth, and each user can apply the change with care.

Finally, you will strengthen project reporting by collecting data, maintaining trackers, and building dashboards that show progress and decisions. You will write concise meeting summaries, highlight recurring topics, and suggest improvements grounded in evidence, so the team can shape priorities and keep the mission on track.

To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of February 2027.

You bring ongoing studies in supply chain, industrial engineering, data science, information systems, or a related field, and you will apply your coursework to real planning transformation topics.

You can analyze data, organize information, and communicate clearly in English, so your work supports decisions and helps others act. You will use Excel and PowerPoint to explain your findings.

You are ready to learn tools used in end-to-end planning, including enterprise resource planning systems, and you will contribute to documentation, training, and reporting with curiosity, flexibility, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Are you ready for this great challenge? Don’t miss the chance to apply!
