For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for Global SFA Capability & Development Manager to join our sales team.

Thanks to your expertise in Field Sales Management, you will act as the reference point for the Field Force capabilities development (e.g. Sales Force Automation, Image recognition). You will develop, maintain, and improve the assigned capabilities blueprints, gathering feedback from markets and provide recommendations together with the IT partner on countries’ change requests. You will co-lead together with Country’s project leader’s implementation projects across Countries and Regions.

You will support change management activities, encouraging adoption of SFA capabilities and ensuring smooth transitions through structured rollouts, checklists, and testing. You will also monitor performance after go-live, assist in issue resolution, and bring forward new ideas or tools to respond to evolving business demands.

You will contribute to defining field visit process models in collaboration with RTM and CM&EE teams, driving process standardization and monitoring sales performance against key field KPIs.

You will also foster collaboration across functions and geographies, ensuring communication and alignment through community platforms, meetings, and cross-area sessions. By sharing best practices and supporting synergies with other business units, you will help maintain consistency in processes and data flows across interconnected tools such as MDG, global reporting, trade management, and B2B portals. Working closely with IT, Operations, Sales, Trade Marketing, and Area teams, you will ensure that business needs are met while maximizing the value of SFA capabilities.

With over 6 years of experience in managing complex programs across multiple markets, you bring a solid understanding of how to coordinate international projects and translate business needs into practical solutions. You are comfortable working in environments where priorities shift and where collaboration with diverse teams is essential to reach a common outcome.

You will use your background in capability building and change management to guide local teams, encourage adoption of new ways of working, and ensure smooth integration of processes and tools. Your ability to listen, collect feedback, and adapt frameworks accordingly allows you to create value both during the design phase and after implementation.

With your experience, you will be able to connect different functions, understand how systems and data interact, and anticipate potential risks or gaps. You are used to fostering dialogue across stakeholders, aligning perspectives, and ensuring decisions are well communicated. Your proactive mindset and structured approach make it natural for you to manage requests, evaluate their impact, and keep momentum across regions.
