As our Out of Home Key Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that Ferrero’s values and standards are implemented with precision and care. You’ll take ownership of executing strategic sales plans and budgets, ensuring our products reach more customers and expanding our market share in your coverage area. Collaboration is at the heart of this role—you’ll work closely with distributor representatives, support sales teams, and champion Ferrero’s image in every interaction.

The coverage area includes the following counties: Suceava, Botosani, Neamt, Iasi, Bacau, Vaslui, Galati, Vrancea, Buzau, Braila, Tulcea, Constanta, Ialomita, Calarasi, Prahova, Dambovita, Arges, Teleorman, Ilfov, Giurgiu, Bucuresti.

In this role, you’ll be the architect of Ferrero’s commercial success in your region—designing annual sales strategies, forecasting performance, and ensuring our objectives are met with precision. You’ll anticipate trends, analyze data, and adjust plans to keep us ahead of the curve.
Your mission will be a blend of strategy and execution: keeping close with the Out of Home National Key Account Manager in negotiating yearly contracts with Key Account clients, maintaining strong business relationships, and ensuring our brand shines at every point of sale. From billboards to promotional displays, you’ll make sure Ferrero’s visibility standards are not just met—but exceeded.
Collaboration is the key, so you’ll work hand-in-hand with distributor teams, training and guiding them to meet Ferrero’s standards. You’ll coordinate merchandising activities, prepare forecasts and marketing plans, and ensure our presence in Out of Home channels is impactful and consistent. You’ll also collaborate with Marketing and Trade Marketing to launch creative promotions and use retail data to fuel business growth.
You’ll be our eyes and ears in the field—monitoring competitor activity, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to improve performance. Whether it’s checking store freshness, evaluating device placement, or proposing new strategies, your insights will shape our future. Regular store checks will keep you connected to the market, ensuring freshness, visibility, and the highest standards for Ferrero products.
From weekly dashboards to quarterly presentations, you’ll keep stakeholders informed and aligned. You’ll track KPIs, contract implementation, and customer feedback—ensuring every detail is captured and every opportunity is seized is insightful reports and presentations.

We’re looking for someone who spent at least 4 years in a similar role within the fast-paced world of FMCG, and you know what it takes to thrive.

You’ll use your sales expertise in Out of Home or Horeca channels to spot opportunities and overcome challenges. Your commercial acumen and market experience help you anticipate trends and respond quickly.

You’re the face of Ferrero, ensuring our standards are met, our products are fresh, and our brand is visible everywhere. You’re not just selling—you’re strategizing, negotiating, and collaborating with partners to create unforgettable experiences for our customers.

Communication is your superpower, whether you’re training distributor teams, negotiating contracts, or presenting results. You’re fluent in English and skilled with MS Office, turning data into insights and plans into action. Analytical thinking and problem-solving are second nature, helping you optimize routes, analyze market trends, and propose innovative solutions.

A valid driving licence is mandatory, as you’ll be travelling across your territory to connect with clients and partners.
